College marks progress on new art museum
Construction of the $44 million facility is set to be complete by Fall 2019. The existing Pomona College Museum of Art, housed in a ’50s-era facility, continues to operate on College Avenue across the street from the ongoing construction, which is taking place on the west side of College Avenue between Bonita Avenue and Second Street.

HOAs in 2019
Assembly Bill 2912 requires the HOA board to review financial documents and account statements once a month, changing the current law from quarterly reviews. The monthly review of financial documents also requires review of the check register, general ledger, and delinquent assessment receivable reports.
