Orangewood programs are designed to meet the variety of needs of these youth to prepare them to reach their greatest potential. Mark, for example, is a former foster youth who was homeless when he turned to Orangewood. The housing program gave him the stability he needed to focus on school.

Certain poor shepherds looking for forever homes
It’s the most wonderful time of the year for many of us – a time to enjoy family and friends, and to relish in the hustle and bustle of holiday traditions. However, at German Shepherd Rescue of Orange County (GSROC), volunteers are scrambling to care for more than 80 abandoned and unwanted German shepherds of all ages and sizes.
