In 2010, Ori Menashe and his wife Genevieve Gergis lived out their dreams of openinga restaurant together, and Bestia (meaning “Beast”) was born. Bestia features multi-regional rustic Italian fare created from scratch, with house-made charcuterie, handmade pastas, desserts fashioned from fresh local ingredients, and pizza cooked in an authentic Acunto oven.
