I am very pleased and honored that the Burbank Leader and the members of the community chose to recognize my work.

My family lived and thrived in Burbank for many years. Working with the Cechini family for many years was wonderful. My memories of Papa Genio are fond and hold teachings I rely on to this day. Working at Lakeside Country Club was amazing and a valuable learning experience.

We found that buying Frank's Restaurant during a recession was not the best timing.
But it helped establish new friendships and appreciation of a wonderful city.

Over the years, I have learned recipes and techniques from all over the world.
The lessons of the past and the newest innovations create a culinary experience of which I am very proud. This is made even better by the talented people who I am fortunate to work with.

Now, we're are working hard at The Ramp to once again please guests both new and well known to us. Thank you for acknowledging my passion for the good food that we serve in a city we are proud to call home.
