Los Angeles Times B2B Publishing is excited to announce our second annual Los Angeles County Commercial Real Estate magazine. This magazine spotlights and features professionals within the commercial real estate sector as well as covers trends and overall business updates.

Over the course of the last two years, in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, CRE companies needed to digitize many operations, workplace protocols changed, physical facilities were in many cases closed due to extensive lockdowns, and preparing for reopening created a whole shift of focus in itself.

The commercial real estate world was evolving and changing at a steady clip before the pandemic hit. Now it is morphing faster than ever. The changes and uncertainty have made for an understandably challenging trip through uncharted terrain, but the visionaries profiled in the pages of this magazine – from CRE executives to bankers and lenders to professional service advisors – have helped steer the course for the industry and their customers.

As we move toward the middle of 2022 and as things return to a new form of normal, many questions still linger. But there is cautious optimism about what’s next for the resilient commercial real estate sector in L.A. and Southern California.
