As a transactional lawyer representing investment companies, lenders, developers, brokers, operators and property management firms in financing, syndication, acquisition, disposition and leasing matters, Barncastle – also a licensed real estate broker – has garnered a background in a diverse set of real estate deals throughout the United States. He has been able to leverage his considerable corporate strength to develop a concentrated portion of his practice in structuring and negotiating “upper tier” entities on behalf of institutional sponsors, investors and lenders.
