Tony Cianciolo has 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate field. He spent the early years of his career at Montgomery Advisors, Ernst & Young, and most recently, Hamilton Zanze before joining MJW Investments.

Cianciolo joined MJW Investments in May 2021 to head up the acquisitions department. Since joining, he has successfully sourced and executed on three multifamily transactions, totaling 470 units and over $90 million in purchase price. All transactions were sourced off-market in high-growth markets, including Bellevue, WA; Vancouver, WA; and Atlanta, GA. He is relentless and persistent in his pursuit to identify off-market deals that generate better than market returns for MJW's investor base. Cianciolo’s keen eye for acquisitions in the value-add and core-plus space has helped grow MJW's AUM in the past 12 months and solidify an infrastructure that will allow the company to continue to scale and expand its footprint.
