He is currently the CFO and COO of Allied Digital Services LLC, where he has played a pivotal role in driving the company's lean global expansion and growth.

Mehta's notable accomplishments include successfully navigating the challenges of expanding the company's services to around 30 countries and the USA while ensuring compliance with international Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) standards. During 2019-2022 he led the company's efforts to open legal subsidiaries and offices in multiple countries, responding to the expressed desire of European customers for company employees to provide services. His analysis of the GRC perspective allowed the company to establish operations in seven countries. Mehta's contribution to the company during the COVID pandemic has been exemplary. He played a critical role in implementing a people-first policy to ensure the safety of the company's employees. Also, he proactively implemented a work-from-home policy and proposed a hazard allowance for employees working at client sites. These actions minimized the impact on the company's operations and revenue and reduced the attrition rate. Mehta's ability to close major deals and projects is also noteworthy. He worked hard to close a $90-million contract from a Fortune 100 company, for example. Under his leadership, Allied Digital Services LLC has seen significant growth, with a 45% increase in employee count and a 400% rise in net income in the last two years.

Jim Mancuso

Jim Mancuso is currently the chief financial officer of Chosen Foods, America's No. 1 avocado oil based out of San Diego. He has successfully built out the accounting, finance, and IT functions of Chosen Foods post-spinoff from the parent company. He has successfully implemented SAP S4 as the company's ERP while developing the foundational SOPs for order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report. During his time, Chosen successfully acquired and integrated the Ahuacatlan brand while continuing to lead the growth of the avocado oil category.

Prior to Chosen Foods, Mancuso spent time as CFO of My-Mochi, the fastest-growing frozen novelty and ranked #11 in the frozen novelty space, which followed a successful stint with SmartyPants Vitamins as CFO, culminating in a successful sale to Unilever.



Frank Sansone

Frank J. Sansone brings 30 years of financial management and compliance experience in both public and private companies. His extensive financial leadership experience with energy and enterprise-grade software companies makes him a uniquely well-positioned fit for Beyond Limits.

In his relatively short time with Beyond Limits, Sansone has completed three major acquisitions and established a $250 million credit line. Beyond Limits is also in the process of launching its Middle East activities and executing Series D funding.

He previously served as CFO of privately-held enterprise document management SAAS company Altec, which was acquired by Beyond Limits in March 2022. The addition of Altec to Beyond Limits was completed to enable accelerated product growth and drive digital transformation in new markets.



Kristopher Scott

Kristopher Scott has had an illustrious career in finance and accounting spanning over two decades.

After launching his career at The Walt Disney Company, he served as a senior finance executive with Lucky Brand, overseeing the company’s finance and accounting functions. Following the sale of Lucky Brand to Leonard Green & Partners, Scott served as the CFO of Topson Downs and Rachel Roy before joining DRINKS as CFO in 2018.

At DRINKS, he leads teams across finance and accounting, business intelligence, operations and planning, legal, and HR disciplines. Recently Scott has been instrumental in helping to manage the company’s strategic shift toward building a scalable B2B regulatory technology solution. His strategies have kept the business thriving during organizational changes, technology investments, and the development of new business units.
