As the executive in charge of finance and people operations at a wealth management firm consistently ranked among industry leaders in growth, client satisfaction and culture, Chief Financial Officer Christopher Toumajian is an integral member of EP Wealth Advisors’ executive team.
Toumajian and his team support a nationwide network of advisors focused on helping clients achieve their financial goals while enriching the lives of those they serve and the more than 400 EP employees in its 30+ offices.
Toumajian leads EP Wealth’s capital planning, financial reporting, mergers and acquisition, human resources and real estate, and has done so through the growth of the firm to more than $18 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM). EP Wealth is a planning-focused firm, creating personalized financial plans for each client through a complete suite of offerings in investment, tax, trust, estate and more.
Prior to joining EP Wealth, Toumajian served as chief financial officer in the visual media marketing space. Previous to this role, he spent 12 years at Euronet Worldwide, a publicly traded financial services company, serving as both global controller and global treasurer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and earned his master’s in business administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. In addition, Toumajian holds a Certified Public Accountant license.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast
When Ashley Harris joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast (BGC of Central OC) as chief financial officer during the peak of the pandemic in May 2020, she was up for the challenge. She had the passion and skillset to ensure that the club could continue to provide service to more than 9,500 youths in Orange County during unprecedented times, and do so in a fiscally sound way.
Within her first year, Harris led the club’s finance team through a process implementation that allows the organization to perform their financials almost 100% remotely. By overseeing financial reporting, cash management, forecasting, GAAP compliance, audit readiness, and financial oversight for BGC of Central OC’s foundation, her work enables the club to provide all members with the support needed to flourish.

Zack Martin is an accomplished finance professional who has made significant contributions to the industry while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability and community involvement. His story is one of passion, drive, and dedication to making a difference in the world.
Despite success in the finance industry, he felt compelled to pursue his passion for sustainability. In 2020, he made a bold move by becoming the CFO of Loop, a Los Angeles-based start-up that aims to revolutionize the electric vehicle charging station industry. Under his leadership, Loop has achieved remarkable growth, including securing a $60 million institutional funding round. In addition, the company achieved 132% year-over-year revenue growth in 2022, with a projected 300% revenue growth for fiscal year 2023.

Alice P. Neuhauser

Alice P. Neuhauser is the chief financial officer and treasurer of Seismic Capital Company. She co-founded the company alongside CEO Steven Weinstein and President Eric White in 2019. Together they seek to generate seismic change in the way venture capital is done, for the benefit of investors and start-ups.
She is an accomplished business leader and mentor with experience across multiple industries, ranging from entertainment to tech. She helps identify and support early-stage companies poised to disrupt their respective industries. As a part of Seismic’s investment committee, Neuhauser provides insightful participation and plays a key role in developing strategic financial plans for Seismic’s portfolio companies. She manages the internal and external procedures of Seismic Capital and also handles banking, IRA, and broker-dealer relationships.

Phil Oseas

Phil Oseas serves as chief accounting officer of GeoLinks. Advising businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to early-stage start-ups, he has more than 30 years of financial and accounting experience in a variety of industries including telecommunications, consumer products, manufacturing, entertainment, oil and gas, medical device, and education.
Oseas has been instrumental in driving GeoLinks’ remarkable growth and industry achievement. His strategies and decision-making have been essential in allowing GeoLinks to reach key financial goals, including securing letters of credit for the Connect America Fund (CAF) Letter of Credit requirement in California and Nevada. In 2021, Oseas played an integral part in obtaining key financing, enabling the company to purchase wireless spectrum assets from Verizon, making GeoLinks the largest holder of LMDS spectrum in the U.S.
