Kari Durham is senior vice president of human resources for Skyworks Solutions, Inc., a company focused on empowering the wireless networking revolution, connecting people, places, and things around the world. Skyworks’ innovative, high-performance analog semiconductors are enabling breakthrough communication platforms from global industry leaders.

Durham joined the company in 2018. Prior to joining Skyworks, she served for eight years as senior vice president of human resources and general affairs for Goodman Global Group, an HVAC manufacturing and distribution company. Before that, she spent three years with Dell Inc., holding senior human resources positions in two of Dell’s business units. Previously, Durham worked for more than a decade at Solectron Corporation and Flextronics International, which acquired Solectron in 2007, in positions of increasing responsibility within the human resources organization.
