Law offices in Orange County consist of a diverse mix of local and national firms led by Rutan & Tucker, a regional firm with 140 attorneys who work at its Irvine headquarters. It is followed by Irvine-based Knobbe Martens, which has 130 attorneys in Orange County. International firm Gibson Dunn & Crutcher rounds out the top three firms with 105 local attorneys.
Snell & Wilmer’s Orange County office had a change in leadership as of Jan. 1. Jon Frank became the office managing partner succeeding Eric Pezold, a partner in the firm’s bankruptcy, insolvency and business reorganization practice group. Pezold will lead the firm’s technology committee this year.
