David Alvarado is a partner at Harvest LLP, where, as a founding partner, he has been central to shaping the firm’s vision since its 2022 launch. He focuses his practice on purchase and sale, financing, development and leasing transactions, guiding deals with an aggregate value of over $5 billion in development and $10 billion in acquisitions. Alvarado’s work has earned significant recognition, including being named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Leaders of Influence: Thriving in Their 40s” and Connect CRE’s “Lawyers in Real Estate” list in 2024. Beyond his legal practice, he serves as a board member for Bodylock.Org, a nonprofit youth wrestling program and mentors students at his alma mater, UCLA School of Law. He recently negotiated a development agreement for a land banker valued at over $360 million.
