As founder of the Tenant Consulting Group and an executive vice president at NAI Capital Commercial, Michael Arnold provides strategic real estate advisory services for occupiers. His team focuses on cost-saving and space optimization, recently representing Miller Barondess in a 47,000-square-foot relocation, the GSA in a 35,000-square-foot renewal and law firm Pryor Cashman in a 15,000-square-foot move. In addition to his client work, Arnold was recently appointed vice chair of the NAI Global Leadership and Advisory Board, contributing to the organization’s international corporate services strategy. He is also a member of the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association. Through his philanthropic work with the nonprofit Solebrothers, he helps provide footwear to families in need, an organization that has donated nearly 20,000 pairs of shoes globally.
