As a partner in the real estate practice at Blank Rome LLP, Saul Breskal counsels clients on complex transactions spanning the entertainment, hospitality and construction sectors. His career includes serving as lead construction counsel on the 20 million-square-foot CityCenter Las Vegas development and acting as outside general counsel for luxury wellness company The Ranch since its inception in 2010. Breskal’s recent work includes representing DRA Advisors on several pending retail acquisitions, including a $145-million center in Long Beach and a $750-million portfolio in California and Washington. He is active in the community, providing pro bono counsel to Cornerstone Housing for Adults with Disabilities and serving on the board of Etta Israel. He recently negotiated the terms of a $33-million tax-exempt bond construction financing for the Cornerstone project.
