Recognized as an innovator in logistics real estate, Dedeaux Properties is led by chief executive and managing partner Brett Dedeaux. He has transformed the firm into an institutional-quality platform with numerous private equity and family office partners, focusing on transportation-oriented properties and cold storage facilities. Dedeaux’s recent work includes capitalizing $750 million for redevelopment, breaking ground on a 511,000-square-foot facility at Tejon Ranch and completing a 326,000-square-foot warehouse in Riverside. A graduate of USC, he is an active industry leader, serving on the boards of the NAIOP Inland Empire Chapter, the USC Lusk Real Estate Center and SIOR, and is the executive director of the Rod Dedeaux Foundation. Under his guidance, the firm’s portfolio has grown to exceed 14 million square feet.
