Eoin Gubbins is a partner and cofounder of Harvest LLP, where he is known for his creative and conscientious approach to real estate law. A native of Ireland and graduate of Trinity College School of Law, he has over 15 years of experience representing clients from publicly traded REITs to smaller property owners. Gubbins’ expertise includes negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements, extensive leasing and navigating land use regulations before public agencies. He plays a prominent role in the management of his firm, leading its Finance Committee and mentoring younger associates. He recently represented an institutional biotech landlord in a significant, 50,000-square-foot lease expansion for a Fortune 500 tenant at a major life science campus in Northern California.
