As co-chair of Mintz’s international Real Estate Section, Danny Guggenheim leads the firm’s Los Angeles Real Estate Group, handling acquisitions, dispositions and complex joint ventures. He has advised on landmark deals for trophy assets across the country, including the Fairmont Century Plaza, the Arizona Biltmore and Denver Union Station. Since 2020, Guggenheim has served as a Lecturer in Law at the USC Gould School of Law, and his writings appear in the Real Estate Finance Journal. Deeply committed to service, he is currently serving a two-year term as president and board chair of the Santa Monica Education Foundation. Ranked in Chambers USA, he was also named to the 2025 “Top 100” list of Southern California Super Lawyers.
