Drawing on early career experience as a law enforcement officer, he brings a unique perspective to his practice. Juha handles significant real estate matters nationwide, including dispositions of industrial buildings for public companies ranging up to $70 million and complex subleases involving as much as 275,000 square feet. He joined his prior firm in 2007, rising to partner before its combination with Saul Ewing in 2023. An active community member, he contributes to organizations such as the City of Hope and the Beverly Hills Firefighters’ Association, having handled over a billion dollars in transactions during his career.
