Christianne Kerns is the CEO and managing partner of Hahn & Hahn LLP, where she is the first woman to hold the role in the firm’s history. She has led the firm to become one of the largest in California, certified as a majority Women Owned Business Enterprise. While overseeing all strategic and operational aspects of the firm, Kerns also actively maintains her legal practice, advising corporate boards and C-suite executives on M&A, governance and complex financing. A dedicated community leader, she has served for over two decades on the board of the nonprofit Five Acres, including as its former chairman. She also serves on the board of trustees for the SunAmerica mutual fund complex, which has over $50 billion in assets.
