As senior managing principal and co-founder of the national net lease team within SRS Real Estate Partners, Matthew Mousavi coleads a 65-person team that has become an industry powerhouse. Since its founding in 2016, the team has grown to be one of the top three net lease investment groups in the nation. In 2024 alone, the team closed over 600 deals totaling more than $2.5 billion in sales transactions. A graduate of UC Irvine’s MBA program, Mousavi is highly involved with the university’s Center for Real Estate, where he serves on the advisory board and focuses on mentoring foreign and first-generation graduate students. He and his partner are consistently the #1 top-producing brokers at SRS nationally and Mousavi has a personal track record in excess of $12 billion in transaction volume.
