He has been instrumental in strengthening the firm’s reputation by recruiting some of Southern California’s most prolific sales and leasing teams. With a 20-year career in the industry, Pacheco brings diverse expertise to his role, including a previous 11-year tenure with CBRE, where he was responsible for leading one of the company’s most significant corporate accounts. He also previously served as a regional director for Colliers’ U.S. Southwest region, where he helped brokerage professionals win and grow business. In his current role, Pacheco is responsible for the performance and business development of more than 100 professionals across seven offices.
