Eric Paulsen is the chief operating officer of Kidder Mathews, where he is responsible for driving growth and optimizing efficiencies for the largest independent commercial real estate firm in the Western U.S. A 37-year industry veteran, he oversees daily operations for 19 offices and leads the brokerage, asset services and valuation advisory divisions. In his prior role as regional president for Southern California and Arizona, Paulsen was instrumental in recruiting over 50 brokers, resulting in $7.3 billion in volume and over 4,600 transactions. Deeply engaged in the community, he serves as co-chair of the Corona del Mar High School Alumni Association and is a past president of the NAIOP Southern California Chapter. Over the course of his career, Paulsen has closed over $10 billion in assets across the country.
