As a partner at Lagerlof, LLP, Richard Rasmussen focuses his practice on corporate, real estate and business law, often serving in the role of outside general counsel for his clients. He represents a diverse range of local and national clients, including automobile dealerships, manufacturing companies, shopping center owners and universities. A graduate of Loyola Law School and a former tennis professional, Rasmussen is a frequent author and speaker on transactional matters, recently co-authoring the National Business Institute’s “Ultimate Guide to Commercial Real Estate Law.” He is active in numerous professional organizations, including the National Association of College and University Attorneys and the National Association of Dealer Counsel. He has been repeatedly selected as a Southern California “Super Lawyer,” an honor reserved for less than 5% of attorneys in the state.
