Leader of Sheppard Mullin’s healthcare real estate practice and a partner at the firm, Timothy Reimers has closed hundreds of complex healthcare real estate transactions. A recognized industry leader by GlobeSt. and Best Lawyers, he represents many of the largest health systems in the United States, guiding them through acquisitions, financing and development. Reimers recently represented Los Angeles Jewish Health in the sale of its Gonda Westside facility, a deal valued at $81 million plus the assumption of $137.5 million in liabilities. He also acted as disclosure counsel for the State of California in the issuance of $150 million in Veterans General Obligation Bonds. A dedicated community leader, he serves as a board member of the VetFund Foundation and is the immediate past chair of the Southern California Leadership Network.
