Recognized for his broad background as a property owner, operator and direct lender, Bryan Shaffer is a founding partner of Solomon Stanley Financial. With over 35 years of experience, his unique vantage point allows him to craft tailored financing solutions for a diverse client base of private investors and institutional owners. Shaffer began his career as a contractor for the U.S. Resolution Trust Corporation following the savings and loan crisis and later served for nearly 15 years as managing partner at George Smith Partners. Today, he leads his firm’s deal structuring, serves on the investment committee for the private debt provider DR Capital and is a direct investment committee member for Clearinghouse CDFI. Throughout his career, Shaffer has completed more than $9.5 billion in total real estate transactions.
