Lee Shapiro is the EVP and director of brokerage at KWP Real Estate, where, as a 35-year industry veteran, he specializes in the leasing and sale of retail property. He is currently the exclusive agent for 2.8 million square feet of commercial space, representing major institutional clients like Rockwood Capital, BlackRock and Silverstein Properties. In the last 24 months alone, Shapiro has completed 92 transactions valued at approximately $150 million. He recently represented Related California in leasing 20,000 square feet to Dataland, the world’s first museum of AI arts, at The Grand LA. A recognized leader in the field, he has won the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Silver Award for Retail Lease of the Year in both 2023 and 2024.
