He handles all aspects of real estate, including construction, development, sales and leasing for office, shopping center and industrial properties across the United States. Sherman’s recent work includes a complicated 1031 exchange involving tenants in common with multiple replacement properties in different states. He is also advising on facilities that will provide Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Southern California. Deeply committed to his community, he has been involved with the Guardians of the Los Angeles Jewish Home for over 50 years.
