Recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer, Albert C. Valencia is a partner and chair of the real estate department at Ervin Cohen & Jessup LLP. His practice is informed by his strong business foundation as a former consultant with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, and as a co-founder of two startups. Valencia’s recent work includes leading the restructuring and financing for the development of 200 single-family residences in Georgia and refinancing a portfolio of 200 build-for-rent homes in Phoenix. He also represents the owner of a 230,000-square-foot office building in San Francisco, overseeing leasing and operational strategies. A former member of the board of directors for the Asian Pacific American Bar Association, he recently led the purchase and financing of a 7,522-acre office and raw land property for redevelopment in Gardena.
