Los Angeles-based Cairns Health acquired the healthcare app Together by Renee from SixD Inc. The app will be integrated into Cairns Health’s senior companion, Luna. This acquisition supports Cairns Health's dedication to simplifying healthcare using technology that empowers patients and caregivers. Together by Renee, founded in 2021, uses AI and computer vision to streamline health tasks. A key feature allows users to manage medications, reminders and refills by simply taking a picture of their pill bottle.

Andrew Ritter, CEO of Cairns Health, called the app’s ability to manage medications by scanning a label "game-changing," noting it was a "perfect fit" for mobile vision technologies complementing Luna. Together by Renee has over 50,000 users and remains free.

Del Taco Holdings Acquired for $115 Million

Del Taco Holdings Inc., owned by Jack in the Box Inc., will be acquired by Yadav Enterprises Inc. for $115 million. The sale is expected to close by January 2026, and Jack in the Box Inc. plans to use the net cash proceeds to retire debt. Lance Tucker, CEO of Jack in the Box Inc., said the sale is a step in "returning to simplicity," allowing focus on the core Jack in the Box brand.
