Prime Healthcare Services is pleased to announce that awardwinning Chino Valley Medical Center recently earned national recognition in categories that patients have identified as being the most important to the quality of their care. The National Research Corporation selected the Medical Center as a recipient of its 2013 Path to Excellence award.
Chino Valley Medical Center earned a firstplace ranking in the Most Improve Facilities in Overall Rate for 100-300 bed hospitals. CVMC was recognized during the 19th annual International Patient-Centered Care Symposium in Baltimore, Maryland.
“The physicians, nurses and employees at Chino Valley Medical Center should be congratulated for this recognition,” said Prem Reddy, M.D., FACC, FCCP, and chairman, president and chief executive officer of Prime Healthcare Services. “Improving patient experience is one of the cornerstones of health care reform, and this effort highlights how leadership and a collaborative spirit can push for change.”
The winners were selected from the extensive database of National Research hospital customers for their performance over the last four quarters. Chino Valley Medical Center was selected for first place ranking in the Most Improve Facilities in Overall Rate for 100- to 300-bed hospitals.

Chino Valley Medical Center has been recognized as one of the top 100 hospitals in the nation by Truven Health Analytics in 2013 and 2012.
