Light up with ‘A Very Electric Christmas’

Performed in complete darkness, Lightwire Theater’s “A Very Electric Christmas” will brighten the holiday at 2 and 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 13, at the Lewis Family Playhouse in Rancho Cucamonga.

This delightful story centers on a young bird named Max and his family as they begin their journey south for the winter. As he dreams of celebrating his first Christmas, Max loses his way during a snowstorm and ends up at the North Pole.

Families will treasure Lightwire Theater’s “A Very Electric Christmas,” set to timeless holiday classics performed by Nat King Cole, Tchaikovsky and Mariah Carey.

Lightwire Theater has been entertaining audiences all over the world with their unique combination of dance, puppetry and technology, since their appearance in 2012 as semi-finalists on America’s Got Talent. Light wire Theater is best known for its signature brand of dazzling visuals, poignant storytelling and musical scores designed to evoke imagery.

An intimate, 536-seat venue, the Lewis Family Playhouse is the crown jewel of the 3-acre, 89,000-squarefoot Victoria Gardens Cultural Center.

Tickets are $23 for general admission, $21 for seniors and $16 for youth.
