The Glendora Public Library has received a donation of more than 11,000 CDs, DVDs and VHS cassettes for its collection – and a number of these items are on sale now.

Thanks to the generous act of an anonymous collector, the library is adding a number of these items to its permanent collection and using the rest to stock its Bookstore shelves with fresh media for sale to visitors.

“This is a great reason to browse our bookstore, see our library and enjoy everything that we have to offer,” said Kristy Batcheller, Bookstore manager. “If you haven’t been here before, this is a great op portunity for us to show off.”

Money collected from the sales goes directly into the Glendora Public Library, which includes funding the purchase of new books and materials as well as funding various programs and activities offered.

VHS cassettes will be on sale in the upper lobby of the library for 25 cents each. DVDs and CDs will be on Glendora Public Library for $2 each.

The Glendora Public Library is located at 140 S.
