The Joint Commission recently named San Dimas Community Hospital a Top Performer in three measures: Pneumonia, Surgical Care and Immunization. This is the second year that San Dimas Community Hospital has been recognized.

San Dimas Community hospital is among the 1,043 hospitals in the United States being recognized for its performance. In order to be named a Top Performer, hospitals must:

• Attain a minimum 95 percent performance across all reported accountability measures

• Attain a minimum 95 percent performance on each and every reported accountability measure where there are at least 30 denominator cases

• Have at least one core measure set that has a composite rate of at least 95 percent, where hospitals must have a performance rate of 95 percent on all applicable accountability measures

San Dimas Community Hospital, a subsidiary of Prime Healthcare Services, is a 101 bed facility located in the heart of San Dimas.

The hospital is staffed by more than 400 registered nurses, technicians and support personnel who provide care in a convenient, compassionate and costeffective manner.
