The La Verne Church of the Brethren Sanctuary Choir invites the public to a concert, The Gospel Train, 7:30 p.m. June 3 at the La Verne Church of the Brethren, 2425 E St., La Verne. A choir of 53 singers will perform beloved American classics from spiritual, folk and gospel traditions, as well as original works by composer Shawn Kirchner.
