Steven Bluitt Flowers, left, receives Glendora Community Coordinating Council’s Humanitarian Award for September from President Gene Morrill. Steven is an accomplished community contributor and an Air Force veteran. His community work has been recognized by the County of Los Angeles, State Legislature and U.S. House of Representatives. In June, Steven was awarded Glendora Historical Society’s Founders Award for his volunteer efforts. This prestigious award has only been given 18 times in the past 70 years.
