  The Historic Galleano Winery will host a special book signing and tasting event featuring Luis Fuerte, award-winning cameraman for the late Huell Howser, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18. Fuerte, a five-time Emmy winner and Golden Mic award winner, will discuss his book “Louis, Look at This: My Time with Huell Howser.” In addition to book signing and visiting with Fuerte about his travels and filming, adults in attendance can enjoy complimentary wine tasting, light appetizers by Felipe’s Catering and view two episodes of California Gold. Born in San Bernardino to Mexican parents, Fuerte grew up in South Colton and graduated from Colton High School. He served in the Navy and attended San Bernardino Valley College, where he studied television engineering. He worked at television stations KVCR, KCOP, KABC. and KCET PBS. Fuerte has received many local and state awards for community leadership and for mentoring and working with young people. The Historic Galleano Winery and Tasting Room is located at 4231 Wineville Road in Mira Loma, and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
