Cucamonga Valley Water District (CVWD) customers can apply for the new Landscape Transformation Program through the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD).

This program mirrors previous turf replacement rebate programs, but has additional components to enhance the sustainability and water use reduction of the program. The program combines elements of grass removal, irrigation modification and onsite water retention.

To apply, applicants must be pre-approved and will have180 days to complete their project. CVWD customers will receive $2 per square foot up to a maximum of 1,500 square feet of turf removed.
