CityLink, in partnership with the City of Fontana, is seeking volunteers for the Point-in-Time Homeless Count taking place in January. Volunteers must attend a free training session 6 p.m. Jan. 22, 2019 at the CityLink Resource Center, 16779 Spring St. in Fontana. The Point-in-Time Homeless Count is a one-day street-based and service-based count/subpopulation survey of homeless persons to identify how many people in San Bernardino County are homeless on a given day. This effort will promote government and private grant funding for Fontana to assist with improving the lifestyles of current homeless persons.
