The Rotary Club of Lake Arrowhead Eighth Annual Lake Arrowhead Classic Car and Motorcycle Show will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 27 in the Lake Arrowhead Village. Founded by the late Scott Hughes as a fundraiser for the Gavin R. Stevens Foundation, Lake Arrowhead Rotary is continuing the tradition. Last year some 2,000 visitors viewed more than 100 classic cars and motorcycles along the shore of beautiful Lake Arrowhead. Admission and parking are free. Bulldawg Blues Band will perform on the Village’s Center Stage. Lake Arrowhead Rotary is staging the event to benefit The Gavin R. Stevens Foundation which sponsors research for treatment and a cure for Leber’s Congenital Amaurosis (LCA), a rare condition that causes blindness. Gavin himself is nine years old and will be attending and performing at the car show. Gavin is a talented young singer. Owners who wish to exhibit their vehicles may call Richard Lavin at (909) 744-8782 or Vickie Goodglick at (909) 337-2533. See also
