The voucher holder pays 30 percent of their income towards rent and the remaining portion is subsidized by the federal government. Seven CVUSD students named National Merit SemifinalistsApproximately 16,000 students enrolled at 21,000 high schools nationwide have been selected as semifinalists. From this pool, an estimated 15,000 will be elected as National Merit Scholarship Finalists and will compete for 7,600 scholarships worth more than $31 million.  Ontario Airport: Rideshare, shuttle and parking updateUber announced plans to stop serving Ontario airport following a $1 increase in the fee for each pick-up and drop-off. The higher fee went into effect July 1. In August, Uber notified the Ontario officials of the decision to stop its Ontario airport operations. There is no entrance fee for nonprofit community organizations, and a minimal entry fee of $50 for all commercial business entries.
