Upland Heritage will host a tour of historic homes from Upland’s citrus past and downtown districts, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 5.

From grand Farmhouse Grove Victorian on Euclid Avenue to English Revival in downtown, tour participants experience history, charm and grace.

A highlight will be a historic home by architect Myron Hunt, in the style of an Italian Villa. Myron Hunt also designed the Huntington mansion for Henry Huntington in San Marino and was known as one of the most important Southern California architects of the 20th Century. This is the first time this home has been featured in one of Upland Heritage’s tours.

This year’s Vintage Home Tour is self-guided with guests driving to the homes in Upland with a map and addresses provided on the ticket. Guests may visit the homes in any order they wish. Old-fashioned boxed lunch will be offered in a lovely historic setting at two of our vintage homes featured on the tour.

For info, call (909) 981-0280 or visit www.uplandheritage.org.
