The City of Upland and Upland Chamber of Commerce will present Upland’s annual State of the City event 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, at the Royal Banquet Hall, 1410 W. 7th Street Upland.

Mayor Debbie Stone will offer an overview of the progress Upland has made over the past year and the challenges that exist today and in the future.

The event is an opportunity for community businesses and residents to meet with city and county leaders, become informed about the issues facing the city, and learn about new development projects in Upland.

“This year’s event will feature local business growth with the Chamber and City’s new shop local program titled Shop Upland, keeping tax dollars within the City” Upland Chamber of Commerce Chair Terri Di Marco said.
