COVID-19 TESTING: Where to find testing sites Same-day, free COVID-19 tests are available for all Los Angeles County residents showing symptoms, including fever, cough and difficulty breathing. Immigration status, insurance status, age and underlying health issues are not factors that affect eligibility for a COVID-19 test.

The City of Chino Hills has scheduled the blood drive with LifeStream Blood Bank, which will test all successful blood donations for antibodies to SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19. UPLAND April 2021 Upland Lemon Festival has been postponed until next year. CHINO HILLS Ongoing Chino Hills City Hall is now open to the public, from the respective 2020 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., dates and times. If fans Monday through Thursday, motocross, monster trucks are unable to attend, they and 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, 14000 City Center Drive, Chino Hills. Visitors will be required to wear face coverings and maintain six feet of physical distance from others. The City of Chino Hills has reopened the dog park at Vila Borba Park, 17001 Amadora Drive, Chino Hills. Additional rules have been put in place to reduce community spread of COVID-19. Capacity is limited to 20 people on the large dog side and 15 people on the small dog recommended. The park is open 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset.
The parking lots are now open at Grand Avenue and English Springs parks, 1301 Grand Ave. and 2201 Grand Ave., Chino Hills, respectively. Lighted play at the tennis courts at Grand Avenue Park will be available until 10 p.m. Recommendations are in place to reduce community spread of COVID-19, including maintaining six feet of physical distance between people who are not part of the same household, wearing face coverings, washing hands frequently, and avoiding high touch surfaces. Park monitors are visiting parks to encourage the public to follow the guidelines. The playgrounds, basketball/volleyball courts, hockey rink, and exercise stations remain closed. Gatherings are still prohibited and gazebo reservations are not available.
All fireworks are illegal in Chino Hills. All fireworks, even safe and sane fireworks, are illegal in the City of Chino Hills. The Chino Valley Independent Fire District and the Chino Hills Police/Sheriff’s Department are teaming up to patrol the community to catch violators, who could face fines and jail.
