Golden West College is building for the future, preparing students to meet the growing demands of our economy.
On
Nov. 5, 2002, a general obligation bond proposition (Measure C) of the
Coast Community College District was approved by the voters.
Thanks
to that community support, Golden West was able to build a new,
state-of-the-art School of Nursing, build a new Learning Resource
Center/Library, upgrade classrooms and make needed improvements to its
infrastructure.
Other projects recently completed include:
Campus Public Safety Building
Community Education and Swap Meet Office
Main entrance on Goldenwest Street
LED marquees and signage
Improvements to athletic fields
