“You’re from my neighborhood, you got three ways out,” Four Seasons founder Tommy DeVito’s character tells the audience in “Jersey Boys.” “You could join the Army, you could get mobbed up, or you could become a star.” The hit musical tells the brutally honest story of how DeVito, frontman Frankie Valli, songwriter Bob Gaudio and bass player Nick Massi rose to the heights of pop stardom only to watch it all fall apart. But the show is ultimately a joyful celebration of the quartet’s musical magic. By the end, you’ll be hard-pressed not to be on your feet with the rest of the audience.
