North Hills Realtors hold event to thank clients

The Tustin Hills Golf Club was the venue for a gala celebration brunch given by Pat Koval and Ann Quintiliani of North Hills Realty. The yearly event is given to thank clients for their loyalty to “Team Dynamite.” Over 100 people were in attendance including support staff that helps the team to achieve their success.

They have every aspect of a real estate transaction covered. For sellers they have a property stager who when needed can make the property look its best when presented to a prospective buyer. They have a photographer and publicity writer, in addition to a lender and transaction coordinator. Even with this support team they are hands on every step of the way whether working with buyers or sellers.

The brunch started with relaxed chatting and getting acquainted over mimosas or orange juice. Then a lovely buffet was served and enjoyed by all. At last year’s event forms were passed out asking five questions to predict the numbers for the coming year for the Dow Jones average, NASDAQ average, interest rates and the Orange County average price for both homes and condos. New forms were passed out for next year’s predictions. Then dressed up crow dolls that have graced the tables in the past as center pieces were passed out to willing recipients. The center pieces this year were floral arrangements.

Quintiliani and Koval gave the audience information on current real estate market conditions, and Jim Koval, a mortgage broker, discussed real estate financing under current market conditions.
