Prudential’s Newport Beach office welcomes SadoScott MacDonald, manager of Prudential California Realty’s Newport Beach office, is pleased to announce that Deborah Sado has recently joined his team of real estate professionals.
“Deborah is an educated agent with a broad array of skills pertaining to real estate,” MacDonald said. “With her background and professional experience, she is certain to become one of Newport’s top producers.”
As a co-founder and owner of 930 Sushi, Sado has been honing her skills in client service, sales and bookkeeping for more than seven years. “To be successful in the restaurant business, it’s critical to listen carefully and quickly respond to the needs of the consumer,” Sado said. “This is similar to real estate – listening closely ensures that each client receives the type of assistance they need to achieve their goals.”
From growing up in a family of real estate investors, Sado developed an inherent talent for the industry, learning about multiple aspects of building design and construction techniques; as well as how to accurately evaluate the physical condition of homes at a young age. These experiences stimulated her interest in architecture and interior design and eventually motivated her to earn a bachelor’s degree in Design.
By leveraging her knowledge and talents into her new career, Sado will create effective marketing campaigns for her sellers’ homes and help her buyers quickly determine the value and potential for renovation of specific properties. “I have always been passionate about the real estate business,” she said. “I am excited to combine this with my love for working with people, to provide my clients with a superior standard of representation.”
A member of the Lighthouse Guild, a charity that supports abused and at-risk children, Sado has coordinated several fundraisers at 930 Sushi. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, running and going to the gym.
