Braun joins Prudential Monarch Beach

In addition to her real estate license, Braun earned a master’s and has spent the last 20 years honing her sales and marketing expertise as an executive management consultant. She also earned the National Association of Realtors’ Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification, by completing an advanced curriculum of courses pertaining to seller qualification, loan modification, negotiating tactics and how to protect the interests of buyers.

As a result of her combined experience, Braun’s clients benefit from her ability to swiftly ascertain their needs and provide solutions. Whether coordinating a traditional transaction, assisting with corporate relocations or managing a short sale, she consistently displays a passion for the industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a tenacious work ethic.
