Surterre Properties welcomes Ward to the Laguna Beach office

Whether it be negotiating the best deal for a home, or marketing a property to sell at the highest price, David “Mac” Ward is committed to making his client’s priorities and goals his own. He takes the representation of his clients and their properties very seriously, and their satisfaction remains his number one objective.

Before embarking on his 15-year career as a residential real estate agent, specializing in the Laguna Beach market, Ward received a degree in business from the University of Southern California, and went on to work as a builder/developer and as a property manager/investor for 20 years. He believes his extensive background in real estate not only

enhances his capacity as an agent, but is beneficial to his clients as well.

Having lived in Laguna Beach for over 20 years and in Orange County for over 40 years, he is intimately familiar with the area and regularly gives back to the community by volunteering in the Mariners Church Outreach Program.

Together, he and his wife have five children and 10 grandchildren who are the light of their lives.
