Angela Megerdichian, seasoned real estate professional and longtime resident of Orange County’s coastal region, has joined Surterre Properties®’ Laguna Beach office.

Having earned a master’s in business administration, she worked for more than 15 years in the field of sales and marketing, holding esteemed positions such as sales manager for Western Digital, where she
won critical business from top-tier organizations such as Microsoft, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, Sony and Gateway. What’s more, she worked as an auditor, accountant and financial analyst for world-renowned companies including Intel and Quantum. This unique background equates to an all-encompassing ability to work with the clients on the investment aspect of real estate, including selecting the right mortgage and accurately evaluating a property’s investment value.
